From fine to finished appeal
in five steps.
You don't need to understand Norwegian law — or Norwegian. Upload the fine and we do the rest: you get the finished appeal by email and send it yourself.
Upload the fine
Take a photo of the fine, or drag in a file.
You fill in a few fields: licence plate, amount, which company issued the fine, and where you were parked. It takes less than a minute.
Automatic check against the law
The system reads the fine and checks the requirements in § 37 of the Norwegian parking regulations (parkeringsforskriften).
Before you've written a single word, we cross-check times, legal provisions and whether the parking terms are registered in the national parking register (parkeringsregisteret). This takes seconds.
Get an honest assessment
You see straight away how strong your case is.
We sort your case into green, amber or red — based on actual decisions of the Parking Complaints Board (Parkeringsklagenemnda). If your case is weak, we tell you, so you don't waste your time.
Get a finished appeal, in Norwegian
AI drafts a formal, legally reasoned appeal tailored to your case.
The appeal is always written in Norwegian, because that is what Norwegian parking companies and the Board require. It builds on the formal defects we found and cites the right provisions and precedents. You can read it through and edit it before you send it. If you like, you also get a separate English translation so you know exactly what it says — the translation is for your information only and must not be submitted.
Get the appeal and send it yourself
You receive the finished appeal by email, ready to send to the parking company.
The appeal is sent from your own email address, so it comes from you as the owner or driver — that way you avoid the requirement for a power of attorney (fullmakt), without which many parking companies reject appeals. You can also choose to have the appeal sent to a different email address, for example a lawyer or a family member. You pay easily with Vipps.
Ready to appeal?
It takes less than two minutes. You pay only 10% of the fine, VAT included.
